At present, the training of endotracheal intubation in a manikin is performed ‘blind’ by assuming the correct path and feeling the passageway. We bring Augmented Reality solution to let the trainee “see” the live movement of the Laryngoscope and Endotracheal Tube inside the mouth, pharynx, esophagus, vocal cords, and the protected airway passages.

Feedback on Successful Intubation

Successful intubation is a complex procedure: it needs measured pressure to be applied so as not to damage peripheral organs, to be completed in a given time, the length of tube being inserted, and proper anchoring.
